I sent a ticket to SOE 2 days ago and still no respond whatsoever. How long it usually takes to get respond? Thanks.
I am tired of being bounced back and fourth from tech and hardware support saying its each others job ....i want to submit a ticket for 1000 marketplace cash...or a refund of 9.99....2 freakin days between numbers...im sick of it i and want some answers ...no more he said she said ....now who is in charge of all this...seems like noone knows nothin...customer service sucks....i just want what i purchased...how many complaints is it gonna take for soe to do there freakin jobs...
