Synthetic Mods

    Does this affect my PvE cr if i mod my gear with it? I tried, & it said +12 item level, but my cr didn't move.

    it does but some items have more 'weight' than others chest and legs seem to have the most while rings have the least. everything else falls in between but I don't remember the order.

    i'm in metro, or the HoD all the time, always pvp phase.
