From what I can tell, it looks like an issue with the launcher. You may want to consider using the Steam version. Alternatively, use the LaunchPad version if you are currently using Steam.
Im having the same issue and the only thing i found was a workaround in this video: I tick the box and put the 64.37.169.11 (just like he did), press OK. Start the launcher, log in and press play. (and the game starts as usual) Then i untick the box and press ok. I have to do this everytime i want to play, pain in.. but at least it works. Hope it helps
