Guide of the Month - Parineeta

    Thank you for the chosen of the Guide of the Month *bow* :)


    1. Why did you become a Guide?

    I love to interact with the players as a Guide. And its wonderful to see the other side of the game.



    2. How long have you been in the Guide Program?

    I'm in the Program since August 2015



    3. What games do you guide on?

    I guide on Everquest II only.



    4. What is your guide race and class?

    I am a Wood Elf and my class is a Fury



    5. What is your favorite land (zone)?

    The Thundering Steppes Docks is my absolute favorite. I love to see the sunset and sunrise and do roleplay sessions.



    6. What was your best or favorite moment as a Guide?

    The moment I was awarded the Bronze Ring of Service got me speechless because it was completely unexpected.



    7. What is your favorite quest, event, or knowledge circle?

    The Baking Contest and Loresingers. I really like telling stories so players can learn a bit more about Norrath's history.



    8. What has been your worst or least favorite moment during your time
    as a Guide?

    When I got the e-mail from Yarlawion telling me that I can no longer be an Apprentice Guide after he got my Test of Doom graded. My heart stopped for a second because I didn't read properly nor did I read the email in full. After scrolling down, reading the whole email, I realized that I finally made it to Full Guide and it was just my apprenticeship coming to an end.



    9. As a player do you ever run into Guides, quests or events?

    Yes and it is always great meeting them. One of them even got me to apply to become Guide myself.



    10. What is your favorite thing about Everquest/EverquestII?

    I love housing and crafting. There is nothing like this in any other game I play.



    11. What do you plan to do in the future as a Guide? Any goals?

    I want to be able to interact with all the community on Thurgadin and not just us germans so I want to improve my english.

    It starts with "I'm sorry but we are going to have to let you go . . ." After your heart attack and through your
    tears, wondering what you did wrong, you scroll down and find that you have been promoted to guide!

    Always read the fine print! ;)
