I'm questing in level 20s area, and the quest helper does not do anything in Nektulos and TS like it does in BBM. Is it supposed to happen?
Possibly. Those are really old zones and the quest highlighting on your map is a much more recent addition. They've been going back and adding the highlights for old zones and old quests but it's possible they haven't gotten to those yet.

in kunark nothing is working as well. so kunark is not on the golden path ? where is the path then in 70-80 ? there is nothing else. this questhelper is like most things in eq2 just half-made, no solution for players to play this game. there is eq2map and eq2wiki which really help and they are playermade. without them you never find a questlocation.
