The frequency of the Culler of Bones' joust ability has been reduced. Master P'tasa should now give fighters some time to gain his attention after randomizing his target before applying "Force of Hatred" to the raiding party. The Culler of Bones "Disorientate" spell should no longer hit for as hard before triggering "Noxious Jolt". Fabled Ykesha's Inner Stronghold [Raid] Toxic Effusion cast by the Strange Stalker should no longer be affected by any added stats. This will make the amount of power drained by the spell significantly lower. Lord Ykesha has returned. Brackish Vaults: Realm of the Triumvirate [Raid] Eurold's Freezing Rain spell should now be cast at level 117, allowing non-priest cures to affect it.
