No matter what I do I cannot get the support site to work. The only option I get from there after trying to log in is to sign up for a new Daybreak account. I don't need one. Ultimately I just want to figure out why my items are being (seemingly) randomly unlisted on the broker, even for characters I play regularly. I'm becoming very frustrated.
The support site definitely works. Are you using this? https://help.daybreakgames.com/hc/en-us Edit to add that sometimes the websites are picky and the only way around it is to try a different browser. In terms of delisting items, they automatically delist after 10 days. See update note below. If you're experiencing something different, you may need to put in a support ticket. https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq2/index.php?threads/update-notes-january-10-2023.608457/
Thank you for your fast response. Yes, that is the site I am trying to use. Hitting the "Sign In" button only takes me back to that page with no way to sign in. I tried signing in from the main Daybreak page and then going to support. I still get there without being signed in and trying to sign in gives the same result. As for the unlisted items, it now makes sense. I can't fathom why they would pick something so short as 10 days, though.
You're welcome! In terms of the 10 day thing, no one understands that. https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq2/index.php?threads/im-confused-about-broker.608421/
I had to turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox in order for it to allow me to login on that site. It seems to block the Code: daybreakgames.zendesk.com Cookie or something when it's turned on. With the tracking protection on, I don't even get the login dialog when clicking the Sign-In button. With Tracking Protection off, I do get the login dialog. Perhaps your browser is configured similarly.
True, but Mouse (near the end of the thread) may have hit the nail on the head: Now Bronzes and Silvers will have to buy new broker tokens every 10 days to sell on the broker. This is especially interesting in light of other recent Silver/Broker Selling debacles, and the subsequent tightening of the rules concerning free accounts: https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq...bout-that-silver-broker-selling-thing.604785/ However, ticking off every subscription-paying EQ2 player by forcing this change upon all of us, will likely negate whatever profit those free accounts' broker tokens were making, or even cause a net loss. Meaning subbers who decide to stop selling on the broker to avoid this new headache now have a good reason to stop subbing altogether.
