http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=2858 Years ago, these quests were placed in for people from Shar Vahl. They were each for the different classes and done for a specific purpose in mind. There are advanced versions of the cloak with stuff like Flowing Thought IV that were floating around as links years ago, but the quests were never finished. Some suggestions: 1. Move the quests to specific class/all, similar to how the Greenmist was 2. Place in a quest so anyone can do the quest to get Shar Vahl citizenship. 3. Advance the cloaks into an augment of some sort. There's the Plane of Shadows and several ways to continue these quests to culminate into one quest. There are missing legs of these quests that were never built upon, even finishing what is available would be a large boon. Kitty's need their cloaks, it's been very cold on the moon.
