Do they do any thing at all or do they just take up space ? I've heard a few things like the following. 1. Once you click it your good. 2. Once clicked you have that ability now no matter what and can click off the actual buff. Can some one with actual knowledge on this explain for me ?
You can click off the buff that goes in your buff slot, once you click them you get an AA that gives you the effect (except for any DS clickies-cloak for example). Afterward the buff that goes in your window is only good for being a junk buff so that your actual buffs are less likely to be dispelled.
