No more random recruitment quests for Uncommon, Rare etc?

Since the changes some time ago I've never again seen the generic recruitment quests for anything above common. I do see specific character recruitment quests but not the generic quest for more than one random agent. Are those gone?

I get them all the time. Just RNG, I suppose. though I've had them magically "disappear" while working on them.. which is frustrating.

there are recruit quests for uncommon and rare but those are for individual agents not 2 or 3 per quest success like the recruit travelers or workers , fighters ...
I see the recruit so and so (uncommon,rare) all the time .

Now that I don't do the recruitment tasks anymore LOL!

There used to be if I recall... now they seem to be gone. That's what I was asking. I know there are still "uncommon" generic recruitment quests- i swear there used to be rare/ uncommon ones as well.
