GMM belt with multidebuff proc, has a description that it has a few debuffs along with a 50% slow. When u click on the link to the proc (Crippling snare under effect "Crippling Slicer") it says a 0% slow. When it procs, clicking on the debuff icon on the mob for "Crippling snare" on the mob also says 0% slow. I like the multidebuff with slow defensive proc, but is it 50% or zero?
