*** Quests & Events ***

- Animist Soren will now actually send people to face The Artist.
- Fixed an issue with the 24th Anniversary quest "Footloose and Fancy Free" so a quest item will spawn in the both versions of Firiona Vie.


*** Spells ***

- Fixed a zone crash caused by scaling a focus effect with a specific case of target and caster.


*** NPCs ***

- The remaining fish in Paludal Depths should now be non-aggressive, though they will fight back if attacked.
- Orr the Brave is now responding to hails after players have finished his first quest.
