Gnomes & tinkering

    I thought that as gnome you able to do all type of tinkering, and that includes that all gnomes able to get tinkering to 350 with tinkering mastery.

    But it seems that at least some classes cannot, and those classes i seen so far are enchanters & rogues.

    Any other seen the same?

    Those classes DO get tinkering and can get to 300, however they do NOT get tinkering mastery.

    My gnome enchanter has tinkering mastery.
    As I recall you have to do a quest or a hail or something in order to get Tinkering Mastery as an AA for all gnomes.

    IIRC, they had to do this because they had no way to restrict AAs to only one race, so putting them into the regular AA window would have had them open to any class a gnome could be, and they didn't want to go down that route.
