The adds from this named do not despawn if you wipe, or just drop aggro after they spawn. And then they automatically reaggro after you engage the named, even if pulled away. This means that you can be dealing with 8+ triggers of Clockwork Recovery and Static Burst per cast. Even with just 4 adds, that's still a lot of damage per cast (240k, after spell shielding without spell runes), not to mention the healing from the Recovery effect. If you can't kill it before the first cast, I don't see many people being able to kill this one.
