As I understand it.. the first person on a server to complete the 3rd run of the "Epic Retelling" quest in Felwithe, earns their name on the wall and a special ornament, this ornament is flagged as Artifact. Last I heard, Artifact was defined as only earned once per server. is this correct? (if so, ive seen multiple other players earn the same artifact, has this changed?)
The first person to beat it the special way got you the nameplate in Felwithe. Anyone who runs it through and beats it the special way can get the ornament.
They're all tagged as Artifact, even if you're the 90th person to do it. It would be kinda neat if the first ornament had the Artifact tag, but the name on the plaque in Felwithe serves pretty much the same purpose.
I would like to see something special on the ornaments for the server firsts. Maybe a particle effect, but I also think they should all have particle effects, so I don't know.
