After queens colony if you choose Qynos to go to instead of starting area what becomes home city?

    After queens colony if you choose Qynos to go to instead of starting area what becomes home city? If Qynos itself, are there low quests there quests there? Dose it become your faction city?
    Ie like darklight or halas? I noticed what you picked becomes it. So what happens if you choose Qyanos/freeport?
