Fixed Internally Tower Shield of Eternal Reverie- Vector of Health

Indeed the Soul of the Grandmaster Shield-Only Augmentation dose exist, both its no-trade version and tradable version in the case of Plane of War, pretty unique considering the fact it's the "only" Shield-Only Augmentation that features a proc that works while bashing (Vampiric VII in this case).

With that being said, hopefully Shield-Augmentations need to have their own unlockable procs in the future but that is a different story for a different thread.

We raided last night and I did a bunch of tanking. My vector of health from Tower Shield of Eternal Reverie never once proced. Others had theirs proc but they might have an older shield

This is marked as confirmed, but looks like it didn't make it into the April patch?

can we talk about how meaningless 20k-40k heal a min you get from this proc is? that should be considered a bug
