Overseer Active Quest Wipe and Compensation

In the Test and Live patch this month we’re running a script to delete all Overseer Active Quests. We know this is a fairly large inconvenience so to compensate we are also running a script to give all players who have used Overseer before on that account/server an Overseer Agent Pack, which will be in your /itemoverflow window. We’re deleting the Active Quests as part of a speculative fix to the bug where Overseer quests sometimes disappear when players zone. The patch will change how Active Quests are loaded and saved from the DB.

Overseer active quests were removed in the February patch as a speculative fix to the bug where quests can be lost while zoning. For the inconvenience, any account who has used the Overseer system before last Saturday should receive an Overseer Agent Pack in your /itemoverflow window. The Overseer Agent Packs should be added to all accounts that have used Overseer in the past by Saturday 2/20/2021.
