Custom UI's not loading on my toons. Didn't see any changes in the notes. Checked the files for default and it looks like none of them were updated? Also, it is not reporting any errors when trying to load a UI, it just loads default with no error message. Any ideas?
The "defensive proc" on new ranks of Phalanx of One has no associated spell messages or really anything to let us know that it's there. I'm lead to believe it either does not exist or that somehow an indication of when it fires is missing.\ EDIT - [Wed Dec 12 11:31:30 2012] You twincast Unknown Spell. NDT'd a bunch of mobs in Decay, it gave the appearance something was being cast and I got several interrupted messages but there was absolutely no hate generated from this supposed spell being cast.
My custom UI is also not working. I'm also not getting any errors when trying to load my UI so not sure what the issue is.

Probably the changes to the animations file is causing the UIs to fail. There were changes to 4 files on the test update, which has just been pushed live. Exp gain has been bugged on Test for a few days. Even with 100% exp set to AA's, normal experience is still being gained. I've had as few as 4 and as many as 26 AA's during this time, never the 30 AA cap that should force exp to be gained. I noticed it first when I had an unexpected "Ding!" Sunday - "[Sun Dec 09 14:59:45 2012] You have gained a level! Welcome to level 66!"
There are changes in the UI files and listed in the patch notes. In the underground city in Shard's Landing the mobs are casting RK III spells, not sure if it's intended or bugged though. Zenoab
Charm of the Crystal Circle is screwy and is not scaling based on Crystal Circle Builders faction as indicated in the item window. Level 100 druid, beast, warrior -- all at max ally -- charms sits at just over 1600 hitpoints with a full assortment of other stats (these toons max'd ally prior to launch). Level 95 necro & ranger -- both at max ally -- 21 hitpoints/mana/endurance, and nothing else (these toons hit ally prior to launch, but did not max until after launch). Level 95 magician -- also max ally -- zero stats whatsoever (this toon did no faction work until after launch).
Charm of circle builders is bugged max faction and achievment and charm shows ac14 and hp 351 just finished this today with the flesh dropping now. on a plus note 20+ ports today and not one crash (gratzs on that)
There seems to be some progression linked to the charm in addition to the faction from what I've been able to figure out, though the charm doesn't mention that as being part of it
It's pretty much everything, one of my alts was set to AA xp but dinged levels when killing statics in Fort Mech. He's not max aa, has no unspent aa's banked but the xp was still going to regular instead of aa.

I did no factioning at all prior to RoF, but turned in 40 of the 91-100 shards to max my faction prior to finishing the task just now. Same thing with my bot, both of us are level 99. 37 AC, 879 HP. If progression is required to further this thing, then it would be nice to have known that from the get go. It DID always seem odd that you would have to have a high faction to get a task that gives a charm based on that faction, though.
For Charm of the crystal circle at 95 with max ally I am only 21hp 21 mana and end. I turned in shards after rof release...40 of them
