Google says this indicates a problem with your account that can only be fixed from Sony's end and you should contact support so they can sort it out for you. It looks like it's some sort of subscription error.
Thank you. I've submitted a ticket but have yet to get a response. Just love how I can't use my LEGENDARY account when the dlc hits. I mean, isn't that part of what we pay subscriptions for?

Same thing, updated then NBE-1013. Full validate completed (that's a lot of files) and still nogo. Did someone forget to turn on the subscription services? If i cancel my subscription will I be able to access the game? Edit: It's working now for me.
