DCUO ERROR INSTALLING

I already played and install dc then a one day dc didn't work, so i called and they said to re install it so that what i did so when it finished i played it and it told me this ( look below] need to be in full screen to be able to read


HELP PLEASE

maybe your anti virus software cleaned it off the system

i allowed dc in my antivirus its mccaffe

It appears it has something to do with your Direct x. I'd recommend making sure that's updated, as well as the following:
.NET Framework 4 (Web Installer): www.microsoft.com/en-us/download
C++ Redist: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555 (32-bit)
DirectX9.0c (Web Installer): www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
